The Developer Deal Desk and Groundbreaker Academy operate their own websites. Purchases, engagements, and refunds for those services are governed by the terms published on developerdealdesk.com and groundbreaker-academy.com, not by these terms. Silver Spring Partners, LLC is a separate affiliate entity and is not a party to these terms.

Information and documents you send us about a deal, project, or business are held in confidence, used only to evaluate the opportunity or engagement, and shared only as described in the Privacy Policy. Ordinary email is not a secure channel; we will arrange a secure transfer method before you send confidential documents.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security or investment.
