Privacy Policy
Effective date: 16 August 2026
Chestnut Bridge Partners, LLC ("we," "us") operates chestnutbridgepartners.com. This policy describes what we collect through this site and how we use it.
Information we collect
This site does not host accounts or advertising trackers, and it does not set cookies of its own. It does not take payments; fees are handled as described under Payments below. We collect information in three ways only: what you choose to send us when you email or call using the contact details published on this site — typically your name, company, contact details, and a description of the matter; what you enter on the Book a Consultation page, which is passed to our scheduling provider so you can pick a time and is not stored by this website; and the standard server access logs kept by our web host (IP address, browser type, pages requested), which the host retains for security and diagnostics.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, evaluate a possible engagement, schedule a consultation, and deliver the services you request. If you ask to join our mailing list, we use your address for that purpose only, and you can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any message. We do not use your information for automated advertising or profiling.
Confidential submissions
Deal, project, and business information you send us is treated as confidential business information. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the professionals engaged on your matter with your consent, with service providers who help us operate (email and file storage, hosting), or where required by law. Ordinary email is not a secure channel; for confidential documents we will arrange a secure transfer method before you send them.
Third-party services
Pages on this site load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to retrieve them. The Book a Consultation page embeds our scheduling provider, Calendly, so that you can choose a time; the details you enter there are handled by Calendly and by us. Both requests are subject to those providers’ own privacy policies. Where a hosted checkout is offered for a Deal Desk engagement, the payment provider named at checkout is the only other third party involved, as described under Payments below. No other third-party service runs on this site.
Payments
Engagement fees are paid either against an invoice we send you or, where a hosted checkout is offered, through a third-party payment processor. In both cases card, bank, and billing details are entered on the payment provider’s own systems and are governed by that provider’s privacy policy — they are never received, processed, or stored by this website, by developerdealdesk.com, or by us. What we receive from the provider is confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the engagement it relates to, which we retain as part of the engagement record. We never ask for card or bank details by email, and we will never ask you to send them to us in a form on either website.
Retention & choices
We keep records as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal and professional requirements. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at
