About the Firm

Built by an operator, not a spreadsheet tourist.

The analysis, the training, and the advice all come from the same place: an operator's real acquisition, development, and construction track record — and one discipline: know whether the deal pencils before serious capital is committed.

Andrew Wallace

Founder & Principal · Chestnut Bridge Partners, LLC
Andrew Wallace is a real estate developer and construction executive with more than 25 years of experience and over $200 million in delivered development and construction across Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia, and Georgia. He has structured and led each major project the way disciplined developers do — through its own single-purpose entity, capitalized and managed deal by deal — and every verdict the Deal Desk issues and every framework the Academy teaches comes from deals he has acquired, entitled, financed, built, and delivered himself.
His work spans multifamily, commercial, institutional, and hospitality assets — ground-up development, large-scale renovation, and multi-site construction programs for national brands — with an active pipeline of townhome and single-family communities totaling more than 300 homes and over $110 million in development value across Maryland and Georgia.
On the commercial and mixed-income side, he is a founding principal of Silver Spring Partners, LLC, alongside three partners, pursuing public-private and tax-credit-financed development across the region — including a proposed 118-unit mixed-income community in Wheaton, Maryland, a 64-unit LIHTC concept in Silver Spring, commercial acquisitions and repositioning in Baltimore, and a six-lot land assemblage in Southeast Washington, DC. He also serves as a retained development consultant to other owners and developers — the same owner-side advisory discipline now offered through the Deal Desk and the Planning & Development division. He holds general contractor licenses in Maryland and Washington, DC, MBE/DBE certifications, and completed the MIT School of Architecture + Planning program in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment.
