Pay an invoice.

Engagements are scoped and priced on a call, and an invoice is issued before work begins. Use this page to settle one you have already received.

Before you pay

Paying by card? Use the Pay button on the invoice itself — it applies the payment automatically. Paying by PayPal or bank transfer? Put your invoice number in the reference or note field. If you do not have an invoice, do not pay here — book a call and we will scope the work first.

Pay by Card or Pay from Invoice

Every invoice we issue carries a Pay button. Open the invoice email and pay there by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. We never see your card details; card information is entered on Stripe’s systems.

No invoice to hand? Write to info@chestnutbridgepartners.com and we will reissue it.

Pay with PayPal

Enter the amount due and your invoice number, then pay from a PayPal balance, a linked bank account, Venmo, or a card. No PayPal account is required to pay by card.

PayPal is being activated. Write to info@chestnutbridgepartners.com and we will send a PayPal invoice.

Pay by Bank Transfer or ACH (local and International)

For US clients paying by ACH or domestic transfer, and for clients paying from outside the United States. International transfers are settled through Wise at the interbank rate, which is materially cheaper than a correspondent-bank wire.

Bank details are issued with your invoice, never published here. If you need them reissued, write to info@chestnutbridgepartners.com.

Payment security — please read

We never change payment instructions by email. Our bank details do not change mid-engagement. If you receive any message that appears to come from this firm asking you to send funds to a new account, or to a different bank, treat it as fraudulent — do not reply to it, and call 202-207-0698 to verify before sending anything. Verify by phone, using the number on this page rather than a number in the email.

Terms

Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice. Work begins once the engagement letter is signed and the first invoice is settled.
